ORGANIZATION

The organization is served by the following organs:

- the General Assembly
- the committee
- the control authority

The regular General Assembly is headed by the President. The following are the integral part of the activities of the General Assembly:

- approval of the President's annual report, yearly accounts and budget, as well as engagements to the committees and auditors;
- nomination of members of the committee and its president, chosen among its members;

- nomination of commissions established by the General Assembly;
- nomination of the control authority;
- revocation of auhtority of the members of the committee, commissions established by the Assembly, and the control authority;
- decisions on the appeals;
- decisions on the purchases or sales of the premises and on the establishment of personal rights;
- modification of the bylaws;
- decisions on all issues appearing on the agenda of the meetings;
- decisions on cessation of organization's activities and liquidation of funds;
- desisions that are by law or the present bylaws are in exclusive competence of the Assembly.

The committee assures the administration of organization's assets and projects. The committee also takes all decisions that fall outside the competence of other organs, notably:

- the general direction of the organization in cases where the competence is not explicitly attributed to the General Assembly;
- implementation of the decisions taken by the General Assembly;
- representation of the organization to third parties;
- convocation of the General Assembly;
- admission and expulsion of members with the right to appeal to the General Assembly;
- planning and organizing the activities of the organization;
- development of rules and regulations;
- decisions on undertaking legal procedures, acceptance and withdrawal of claims, conclusion of transactions;
- nomination of members of commissions established by the committee.

The control authority examines the organization's accunts and establishes an annual report that it further presents to the attention of the General Assembly.
